Orders will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days.

Delivery is free for UK and USA orders.

If you missed your delivery, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly. In most cases they notify you with a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card.

Please note: If your delivery package is damaged it is advisable that you refuse delivery so we can have the item returned and investigate. If you accept a damaged parcel, it is not our responsibility.

Our refund policy is within 30 days of the original order date. The clothing must be:

  • Unused
  • All labeling intact
  • In the original packaging
  • Within 30 days of ordering

You will receive a full refund if the conditions above are met but please note that we can not refund postage costs or any costs for you to return the item(s).

We will issue payment back to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the item(s).

Mylete will be responsible for items that are at fault by us and we will do our best to ensure you are 100% happy.

Discounted / Sale Items

If you wish to return a discounted or sale item then we can offer you credit for the equal amount of the original order.  We do not refund discounted and sale items.

Exchange Items

If you need to exchange items, you can simply return to us and we will get this sorted for you. Please fill out the return form and state your exchange item(s).

What you can’t return

We are not able to accept either exchanges OR returns on underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons. If the returned item(s) look to have human or pet hair on, we will not issue an exchange or refund. This goes for stains, washed clothes and any other reason that we are unable to re-sell the product(s).

Faulty items

If you have received a faulty item please let us know immediately; email returns@mylete.co.uk

You must do this within 30 days of your order.

Inproper returns

If you return an item that is against our policy outlined above, we have the right to not issue a refund or exchange. Re-delivery charges may apply and until we receive this fee we will hold the item(s). You have 30 days from us issuing a request for re-delivery payment until we may dispose of the item(s).
